  1. Fry the eggs in a skillet, then cut them out with a round cookie cutter to uniform shape. Sauté slices of raw ham in butter, cutting them to the same shape and size as the eggs. Place each egg on top of a ham slice, then set the pair on a piece of toast of matching dimensions and shape.
  2. Arrange the eggs in a circle on a serving platter. Fill the center with macaroni bound with butter and enriched with roughly chopped tomatoes that have been softened in butter.
