Grandma Obie's Pecan Pie

Story

This is my grandmother's recipe.

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup light corn syrup
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup pecans
• 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust

Instructions

1. Cream butter and sugar, add salt and syrup and beat well. Add one egg at a time, beating well.
2. Stir in pecans.
3. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 min.
