Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wrap strips of puff pastry scraps around small wooden dowels or pins to form cannelloni (tube-shaped pastry forms, analogous to pastry cornets).
  2. Fill each cannellone with scrambled eggs, garnished as desired with ham, tongue, mushrooms, chicken breast, truffle, or other accompaniments of your choice.
  3. Close the open end of each cannellone with a round of the same pastry or element used for the filling.
