Eggs in Cannelloni (Scrambled Egg Filling)

Ingredients
- puff pastry scraps
- small wooden dowels or pins
- scrambled eggs
- garnish (optional)
- 1 round puff pastry or matching dough
Instructions
- Wrap strips of puff pastry scraps around small wooden dowels or pins to form cannelloni (tube-shaped pastry forms, analogous to pastry cornets).
- Fill each cannellone with scrambled eggs, garnished as desired with ham, tongue, mushrooms, chicken breast, truffle, or other accompaniments of your choice.
- Close the open end of each cannellone with a round of the same pastry or element used for the filling.
