- bread or toast base
- mustard butter (beurre moutardé)
- tongue, finely grated
- white chicken meat, minced
Instructions
- Prepare an oval bread or toast base. Coat entirely with mustard butter (beurre moutardé). Border the edge with a cord of finely grated bright red tongue. Fill the center with minced white chicken meat.
