Ingredients
- round bread or pastry base
- soft roe butter (beurre de laitances)
- crayfish butter (Beurre d'écrevisse)
- 1 oyster oyster
- white wine
Instructions
- Spread the round bread or pastry base with soft roe butter (beurre de laitances). Border the edge with a piped or drawn line of crayfish butter (Beurre d'écrevisse). Place a beautiful oyster, scarcely stiffened in white wine, in the center.
