Ingredients
- 150 grams fresh morels (morilles)
- 1 liter consommé
Instructions
- For each liter of consommé, use approximately 150 grams of fresh morels, or 90 grams of dried morels. Slice the morels finely or pound them. Infuse them into the consommé.
