• consommé (clarified broth) of poultry
• warbler eggs (small bird eggs)

Instructions

1. Prepare a consommé (clarified broth) of poultry of the highest quality.
2. Poach the warbler eggs (small bird eggs) according to the ordinary poaching method.
3. Garnish the consommé with the poached eggs at the moment of service.
