Eggs American-Style (On the Plate)

Instructions

  1. Heat the serving plate. Arrange the four lobster escalopes on it. Break the eggs directly over the lobster, and cook until set. Surround the dish with a thin ribbon of American sauce.
  2. Alternatively, cook the two eggs in a skillet (à la poêle); slide them onto a hot plate. Garnish one side with two slices of bacon grilled on one side, and the other side with a tomato grilled on the other side.
