Tartelettes aux Gnocchi

Ingredients
- Pastry dough (pâte nue)
- Butter
- Small gnocchi with Parmesan
- Béchamel sauce (béchamel)
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Line buttered tartlet molds with very thin, plain pastry dough.
- Fill the molds with small poached gnocchi with Parmesan (gnocchi au Parmesan), binding them with just enough béchamel sauce (béchamel) to hold them together.
- Sprinkle the surface generously with grated Parmesan cheese. Distribute small pieces of butter over the top.
- Place in a moderate oven for 20 minutes before serving.
- Turn out onto a napkin-lined plate to serve.
