Tartelettes aux Gnocchi

Instructions

  1. Line buttered tartlet molds with very thin, plain pastry dough.
  2. Fill the molds with small poached gnocchi with Parmesan (gnocchi au Parmesan), binding them with just enough béchamel sauce (béchamel) to hold them together.
  3. Sprinkle the surface generously with grated Parmesan cheese. Distribute small pieces of butter over the top.
  4. Place in a moderate oven for 20 minutes before serving.
  5. Turn out onto a napkin-lined plate to serve.
