Shrimp Omelette

Instructions

  1. Prepare a standard omelette and fill it with 25 grams of shrimp tails bound together with one spoonful of Shrimp Sauce.
  2. When the omelette is set, fold it as usual. Heat a bouquet of shrimp tails in butter and arrange them on top of the omelette, in the center of the fold. Surround the entire omelette with a thin ribbon or border of Shrimp Sauce.
