Grilled Salmon

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into steaks (darnes) of even thickness, aiming for pieces weighing approximately 200 grams each. Season with salt and pepper. Brush generously with oil. Grill over a high flame initially, then reduce to a moderate heat and continue cooking until the flesh is cooked through.
  2. Serve accompanied by maître d'hôtel butter (parsley and lemon butter) or anchovy butter.
