- Ordinary Consommé
- Sherry
- Red pimentos
- Cockscombs
Instructions
- Prepare an ordinary Consommé.
- At the moment of serving, add half a décilitre of Sherry per litre of Consommé.
- Cut red pimentos into fine rings and cockscombs into stars, and garnish the Consommé with them.
