Hachis à la Portugaise (Meat Hash with Tomato Fondue and Stuffed Tomatoes)

Ingredients

• hachis
• fondue de tomates
• very small stuffed tomatoes

Instructions

1. Bind the hachis with the necessary quantity of fondue de tomates prepared beforehand.
2. Heat it without letting it boil.
3. Dress in a timbale and surround with very small stuffed tomatoes.
