Morilles sautées (Sautéed Morels)

Ingredients
- morels
- salt
- pepper
- butter
- a few drops of lemon juice
- chopped parsley
Instructions
- Wash the morels well and dry them completely in a cloth.
- Cut them in halves or quarters according to their size.
- Season them with salt and pepper.
- Sauté them in butter in a frying pan over a fire brisk enough to prevent them giving out their vegetation water.
- Dress in a timbale, squeeze a few drops of lemon juice over them and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
