Morilles sautées (Sautéed Morels)

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash the morels well and dry them completely in a cloth.
  2. Cut them in halves or quarters according to their size.
  3. Season them with salt and pepper.
  4. Sauté them in butter in a frying pan over a fire brisk enough to prevent them giving out their vegetation water.
  5. Dress in a timbale, squeeze a few drops of lemon juice over them and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
