Timbale Milanaise à l'Ancienne

Ingredients
- noodle paste
- fine pastry
- macaroni and garnish
- sauce Tomate
- mushrooms
- cockscombs
- truffle
Instructions
- Butter a charlotte mould, decorate it with noodle paste and line it with fine pastry.
- Line the bottom and the sides with the macaroni.
- Close the timbale with a sheet of pastry, well sealed, and bake in a hot oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
- When about to serve, turn it out onto a dish; detach the bottom, divide it into small triangles and arrange them on the dish around the timbale.
- Cover the exposed garnish with a few spoonfuls of sauce Tomate.
- Arrange on it a decoration of mushrooms, cockscombs and truffle slices.
