Timbale Milanaise à l'Ancienne

Instructions

  1. Butter a charlotte mould, decorate it with noodle paste and line it with fine pastry.
  2. Line the bottom and the sides with the macaroni.
  3. Close the timbale with a sheet of pastry, well sealed, and bake in a hot oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
  4. When about to serve, turn it out onto a dish; detach the bottom, divide it into small triangles and arrange them on the dish around the timbale.
  5. Cover the exposed garnish with a few spoonfuls of sauce Tomate.
  6. Arrange on it a decoration of mushrooms, cockscombs and truffle slices.
