Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mould a nest of Beurre de Montpellier on a round dish and shape the outside with a piping cone.
  2. Cook the eggs soft, refresh them and shell them.
  3. Arrange them on the edges of the nest.
  4. Garnish the centre with white jelly.
  5. Surround the nest with garden cress.
