- Fine oysters
- Bacon
- Grilled bread
- Bread-crumbs
- Cayenne
Instructions
- Wrap each oyster in a thin slice of bacon.
- Put them on skewers and season them.
- Grill them.
- Arrange them on toasts of grilled bread.
- At the moment of serving, sprinkle with bread-crumbs and Cayenne.
