- Thicken the Consommé de volaille very lightly with tapioca.
- Prepare a Royale with almond milk and cut it into cubes.
- Cut suprême of chicken with a cutter into exceedingly thin stars.
- Garnish the consommé with the Royale cubes and the chicken stars.
