- glace à la vanille (vanilla ice)
- chosen strawberries
- raspberry purée
Instructions
- Garnish the bottom of a timbale with vanilla ice.
- Arrange a layer of chosen strawberries on the ice.
- Cover them with a thick, lightly sweetened raspberry purée.
