Consommé aux Raviolis (Clear Consommé with Raviolis)

Ingredients

• Ordinary clear Consommé
• Raviolis

Instructions

1. Prepare an ordinary clear Consommé.
2. Choose Raviolis of a single kind, or of several kinds with different fillings.
3. Poach them for 12 to 18 minutes, according to whether the element of their filling is cooked or raw.
4. Serve them in the Consommé.
