Sardines à la Sicilienne (Sardines, Sicilian Style)

Ingredients
- sardines
- lemon slices
- Beurre noisette
- capers
- anchovy fillets
- hard-boiled eggs
Instructions
- Prepare the sardines as for « Colbert » and fry them.
- Dress each sardine on a slice of lemon pared to the quick.
- Pour around a Beurre noisette with capers, anchovy fillets and chopped hard-boiled egg added.
