Ingredients
- smoked salmon (equal part)
- potatoes (equal part)
- Berg-op Zoom caviar (equal part)
- onion
- fresh chives
- oil
- lemon juice
Instructions
- Cut equal quantities of smoked salmon and potatoes into very fine dice.
- Add an equal part of Berg-op Zoom caviar.
- Add finely chopped onion and fresh chives.
- Season with oil and lemon juice.
