Ingredients
- lobster tail (equal part)
- truffles (equal part)
- potatoes (equal part)
- hard-boiled eggs (equal part)
- lettuce heart
- sauce Mayonnaise
- mustard
Instructions
- Cut the lobster tail, truffles, potatoes and hard-boiled eggs into dice, in equal parts.
- Sharpen sauce Mayonnaise with mustard and dress the salad with it.
- Set a lettuce heart in the middle.
