Instructions

  1. Colour the rumpsteak well in butter.
  2. Surround it with potatoes turned into large olives, small glazed onions and lardons.
  3. Finish cooking the whole together.
  4. At the moment of serving, deglaze the pan with a spoonful of consommé.
  5. Arrange the rumpsteak with the garnish around it.
  6. Add a pinch of chopped parsley and a dash of lemon juice on top.
