Canapés à la Danoise (Danish-Style Canapés)

Ingredients

• black bread
• Beurre de raifort
• smoked salmon
• herring fillets marinated in white wine
• caviar

Instructions

1. Simply warm a slice of black bread cut to the ordinary thickness.
2. Mask it with Beurre de raifort.
3. Cover the butter with thin strips of smoked salmon, alternated with fillets of herring marinated in white wine and with lines of caviar.
4. Cut the garnished slice out with a plain, well-sharpened oval cutter.
