Gelée d’Oranges

Ingredients
- oranges, averaging 150 grammes each
- decilitres apple juice, good
- grammes loaf sugar
- tablespoonful grated orange sugar
- medium candied orange peel, in small strips (optional)
Instructions
- Press the oranges thoroughly and filter the juice.
- Prepare the orange sugar, and set the loaf sugar to dissolve with a few drops of water.
- Add the orange and apple juices to the sugar.
- Cook the jelly as for the foregoing ones.
- Let it cool 10 minutes.
- Mix in the orange sugar and the strips of candied peel, and pot it.
