Cromesquis à la Française (Batter-Fried Cromesquis)

Ingredients
- cromesquis mixture
- flour
- ordinary frying batter
- frying fat
- fried parsley
Instructions
- Divide the mixture, whatever it is, into portions of 70 grammes at most.
- Shape them into rectangles on the table dusted with flour.
- At the moment of serving, dip them in an ordinary frying batter.
- Plunge them into plenty of very hot fat, kept at a high temperature so that the batter casing is very crisp.
- Dress on a napkin with fried parsley around or in the middle.
