Cromesquis à la Française (Batter-Fried Cromesquis)

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Divide the mixture, whatever it is, into portions of 70 grammes at most.
  2. Shape them into rectangles on the table dusted with flour.
  3. At the moment of serving, dip them in an ordinary frying batter.
  4. Plunge them into plenty of very hot fat, kept at a high temperature so that the batter casing is very crisp.
  5. Dress on a napkin with fried parsley around or in the middle.
