Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Sweet apples
- Salted gherkins
- Herring fillets
- Onion
- Parsley
- Eggs
- Beetroot
Instructions
- Cook the potatoes in water.
- Cut the potatoes, the sweet apples, the salted gherkins and the herring fillets into dice.
- Add chopped onion and parsley.
- Season with eggs.
- Decorate with beetroot.
