Bottle Gourd and Cucumber with Carp

- bottle gourd (瓠子)
- soy sauce (醬汁)
- cucumber
Instructions
- Slice the carp and stir-fry it first. Add the bottle gourd and braise together with soy sauce (醬汁). Treat the cucumber in the same manner.
