Sauce aux Pommes (Apple Sauce)

Ingredients

• apples (quantity not printed)
• sugar
• a suspicion of powdered cinnamon

Instructions

1. Prepare an ordinary apple marmalade, very lightly sweetened and seasoned with a suspicion of powdered cinnamon.
2. At the moment of serving, smooth it with a whisk.
3. Serve it lukewarm.
