Pommes de terre frites en Allumettes (Matchstick Fried Potatoes)

Ingredients

• potatoes
• frying fat

Instructions

1. Square off the potatoes at the ends and on the sides.
2. Cut them into sticks of a size between pommes Pailles and pommes Pont-Neuf.
3. Put them into hot frying fat.
4. Let them dry well before draining them.
