Sauce aux Airelles (Cranberry Sauce)

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook 500 grammes of red cranberries, covered, with 1 litre of water.
  2. When the berries are cooked, drain them and pass them through a fine sieve.
  3. Add to the purée as much of the cooking water as is needed to make a fairly thick sauce.
  4. Sweeten to taste.
