- fine strawberries
- raspberry purée
- crème Chantilly
- crème Chantilly for decorating
- powdered hazelnut praline
Instructions
- Arrange fine chilled strawberries in a timbale.
- Mix a raspberry purée with its own volume of crème Chantilly and cover the strawberries with it.
- Decorate with crème Chantilly from the piping bag.
- Sprinkle with powdered hazelnut praline.
