- Chicken Consommé
- Essence of beetroot
- Beer
- Celery
- Diablotins
- Paprika
Instructions
- Prepare a chicken Consommé flavoured with essence of beetroot.
- Add half a decilitre of reduced beer per litre of Consommé.
- Braise the celery and shred it finely.
- Garnish the Consommé with the celery and serve diablotins seasoned with paprika.
