Potatoes à la Ménagère (Baked, Stuffed with Ham and Onion)

Ingredients
- large Hollande potatoes
- 150 grammes raw ham
- 1 medium onion
- butter
- 1 glass boiling milk
- breadcrumbs
- melted butter
Instructions
- Bake large Hollande potatoes in the oven.
- Lift off a lid from each and remove the pulp.
- Cook 150 grammes of diced raw ham and 1 chopped medium onion in butter, per kilo of pulp, and mix them into the pulp.
- Moisten with a glass of boiling milk and reduce.
- Fill the potato skins with this composition and smooth the surface.
- Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, sprinkle with melted butter and gratinate.
