Potatoes à la Ménagère (Baked, Stuffed with Ham and Onion)

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Bake large Hollande potatoes in the oven.
  2. Lift off a lid from each and remove the pulp.
  3. Cook 150 grammes of diced raw ham and 1 chopped medium onion in butter, per kilo of pulp, and mix them into the pulp.
  4. Moisten with a glass of boiling milk and reduce.
  5. Fill the potato skins with this composition and smooth the surface.
  6. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, sprinkle with melted butter and gratinate.
