• tournedos
• small stuffed tomatoes
• pommes Château
• Sauce Portugaise

Instructions

1. Sauté the tournedos and arrange them in a ring on the serving dish.
2. Place a small stuffed tomato on each tournedos.
3. Surround with the pommes Château.
