Salade Waldorf (Apple, Celeriac and Walnut Salad)

Ingredients
- reinette apples
- celeriac
- fresh walnuts
- light sauce Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Cut the reinette apples and the celeriac into dice and combine them in equal parts.
- Add halves of fresh peeled walnuts, in season.
- Dress with light sauce Mayonnaise.
