  1. Sur le plat: cook the eggs as usual and arrange a bouquet of chicken-liver escalopes sautéed Chasseur on each side.
  2. Poached or Mollets: fill tartlet crusts with chicken-liver escalopes sautéed Chasseur.
  3. Coat the eggs with sauce Chasseur, place a small pinch of chopped parsley on each, and set them on the filled tartlets.
  4. Scrambled: arrange the scrambled eggs in a timbale.
  5. Set a garnish of chicken livers sautéed Chasseur in the middle and scatter over a pinch of chopped chervil and tarragon.
  6. Surround with a cord of sauce Chasseur.
