Champignons grillés (Grilled Mushrooms)

Ingredients
- large cultivated or field mushrooms
- oil
- Beurre à la maître-d'hôtel
Instructions
- Choose large cultivated mushrooms, or field mushrooms.
- Wash them briskly and sponge them well dry.
- Season them and brush them with oil.
- Grill them gently.
- Dress them on a round dish and fill the cavity of each with well softened Beurre à la maître-d'hôtel.
