- glace à la vanille
- small peaches poached in vanilla syrup
- small strawberries
- crème Chantilly
Instructions
- Fill the cups half full with glace à la vanille.
- Place a small peach poached in vanilla syrup in the middle of each cup, with a small, well-reddened strawberry set on top of it.
- Surround the peaches with a cord of crème Chantilly.
