- 1 poulet de grains
- 250 grammes morels
- Butter
- 1 spoonful veal gravy (jus de veau)
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken as for Poulet de grains à la Casserole.
- Sauté 250 grammes of morels in butter for an instant.
- At half cooking, surround the chicken with the morels.
- Complete the cooking covered.
- On serving, add a spoonful of veal gravy.
