Piroguis au Fromage (Cheese Piroguis)

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Butter dariole moulds well and line them with pâte à brioche commune made without sugar.
  2. Fill the inside with twarogue.
  3. Cover with a round of the same paste and seal it on the lightly moistened edges of the moulds.
  4. Keep in a warm enough place for 25 to 30 minutes, so that the paste begins to ferment.
  5. Put into a hot oven 20 minutes before serving.
