Piroguis au Fromage (Cheese Piroguis)

Ingredients
- pâte à brioche commune
- twarogue
- butter
Instructions
- Butter dariole moulds well and line them with pâte à brioche commune made without sugar.
- Fill the inside with twarogue.
- Cover with a round of the same paste and seal it on the lightly moistened edges of the moulds.
- Keep in a warm enough place for 25 to 30 minutes, so that the paste begins to ferment.
- Put into a hot oven 20 minutes before serving.
