- lozenge-shaped canapés
- Beurre d'anchois
- anchovy fillets
- egg
Instructions
- Cut the canapés in lozenges.
- Mask them lightly with Beurre d'anchois and border them with a small cord of the same Beurre.
- Garnish with anchovy fillets arranged in a lattice, with chopped egg.
