- Crêpe batter as for the Crêpes du Couvent (Composition A)
- Apples
- Butter (for the pan)
Instructions
- Proceed as for the Crêpes du Couvent.
- Replace the dice of pear with apples cut in very fine slices and lightly tossed in butter beforehand.
