Ingredients
- 1 litre peas
- shredded lettuce
- 2 potatoes
- 125 grammes very lean belly bacon
- beurre manié
Instructions
- Dice and blanch 125 grammes of very lean belly bacon.
- Cook 1 litre of peas à la française with shredded lettuce, 2 sliced potatoes and the bacon.
- Bind very lightly with beurre manié.
