- glace à la vanille
- half peaches
- red Bar currants
- glace au citron
Instructions
- Fill the cups with glace à la vanille.
- Place a poached half peach in each cup, turned upside down and filled with red Bar currants.
- Surround the peaches with a cord of glace au citron.
