Instructions
- Cut the truffle into a fine julienne.
- Garnish the spiced chicken Consommé with the truffle julienne, the asparagus tips and the chervil pluches.
- Shape Pommes Lorette into very small balls and fry them at the moment of serving.
- Serve them separately.
