Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Hollow out Reinette apples with a column cutter and score them lightly all round.
  2. Arrange them on a dish and fill the hollows with butter mixed with caster sugar.
  3. Add a little water to the bottom of the dish and cook gently in the oven.
  4. Serve them just as they are.
