Canapés au Gibier (Game Canapés)

Ingredients

• canapés
• fresh butter
• Cayenne pepper
• game flesh

Instructions

1. Season fresh butter and heighten it with Cayenne.
2. Mask rectangular canapés with this butter.
3. Garnish with the flesh of any game, cut into very thin slices, or grated, which is preferable.
