- Beurre de Montpellier
- hard-boiled egg yolks
- garden cress leaves
Instructions
- Mask round canapés with Beurre de Montpellier.
- Edge them with chopped hard-boiled egg yolk.
- Garnish the middle with leaves of garden cress, or with very small leaves of watercress.
